Brickandwalls.com is owned and operated by SA India Consultancies (SAIC Group). By using the platform or purchasing an eligible service, you agree to these terms and any applicable service-specific proposal, order, mandate or agreement.
Platform and property information
Brickandwalls may display information supplied by owners, brokers, builders, developers, channel partners, users, public sources or authorised representatives. While reasonable efforts may be made to improve listing quality, publication on the platform is not by itself a legal verification of title, ownership, approvals, measurements, possession, encumbrance status or investment suitability.
User verification responsibility
Before booking, paying a token, signing documents or completing a property transaction, users should independently verify ownership/title records, identity and authority of the counterparty, RERA registration where applicable, sanctioned plans and approvals, encumbrances, taxes and dues, measurements, possession status and all other material documents.
No guaranteed transaction or return
Brickandwalls does not guarantee sale, purchase, tenancy, financing, appreciation, rental yield, investment return or transaction completion merely because a property or service appears on the platform. Final decisions remain with the relevant parties, lenders, authorities and professionals.
Payments
Payments for eligible products or services offered through Brickandwalls may be collected by SA India Consultancies through its authorised payment service providers. The nature, amount and purpose of any payable fee should be clearly stated before payment.
Third-party payments
Property consideration, booking amounts, government charges, registration costs, taxes, society charges, developer demands, loan payments or other third-party amounts may be governed by separate documents and counterparties. Users should verify the intended recipient and payment purpose before transferring money.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information and must not upload fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership or authority, misuse personal data or use the platform for unlawful activity.
