Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to eligible service fees paid to SA India Consultancies through Brickandwalls. It does not automatically govern property sale consideration, builder booking amounts, statutory charges or amounts paid directly to independent third parties.
Before service commencement
A cancellation or refund request may be considered where the purchased Brickandwalls service has not commenced and no substantial work or non-recoverable third-party cost has been incurred.
After service commencement
Once a customised listing, promotion, advisory, documentation-support, due-diligence-support, site-visit, brokerage/facilitation or other service has commenced or has been substantially delivered, fees may be non-refundable to the extent of work performed or resources committed.
Transaction-specific agreements
Brokerage, channel-partner, mandate, advisory, property-booking or other transaction-specific engagements may have separate cancellation, refund, success-fee or milestone terms. Those agreed terms will govern that engagement.
Duplicate or failed payments
Verified duplicate debits or payments captured without corresponding service confirmation will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded through the original payment method.
Refund requests
Use our Contact Us page and provide the payer name, transaction reference, service purchased and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel, subject to banking and payment-provider timelines.
